Admission Procedure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

* Application for admission should be submitted in prescribed form. The applicant \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 should fill in \u00a0\u00a0the form carefully.<\/p>

* Incomplete or Incorrect form will not be accepted.<\/p>

* For admission of F.Y classes\u2019 eligibility form, original mark sheet and its true \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 copy are \u00a0necessary. Admission will not be confirmed unless eligibility obtained \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 from the\u00a0\u00a0 KBC NMU,Jalgaon.<\/p>

* The student of S.Y. & T.Y classes should attach to the admission form the \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 attested copy of \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Mark sheet of the previous Examination.<\/p>

* Student from other colleges within the jurisdiction of \u00a0KBC N.M.University,<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 Must produce T.C. \u00a0at the \u00a0\u00a0time of admission in this college. such student will \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 have to obtain written permission \u00a0\u00a0from \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0university for the change of the \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 college<\/p>

* Normally no change is allowed in the subject once offered by a student. However \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 any change \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0in the subject can be allowed by the authorities only on payment on \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 fees of Rs.25\/- the last date \u00a0\u00a0for allowed the change in subject\/ faculty will be<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 notified separately on the notice board.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

University Eligibility Procedure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

* Every student seeking admission to any graduate or postgraduate course of North \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 Maharashtra University , for the first time is required to obtain Eligibility from<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 University. A student has to apply in prescribed form and pay the prescribed fees<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 to obtain Eligibility.<\/p>

* Following documents are required to be submitted along with the prescribed<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 application form<\/p>

  1. Original mark sheet (for other University students)<\/li>
  2. Migration Certificate<\/li>
  3. Passing Certificate<\/li>
  4. Attendance Certificate<\/li>
  5. Transfer Certificate<\/li><\/ol>

    *\u00a0 It will be the responsibility of the student to see that his eligibility certificate and \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 other certificates are secured by him from the previous University \/ college and<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 that they are produced to the college along with eligibility certificate form \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 before \u00a0the prescribed date.<\/p>

    *\u00a0 College shall not be responsible for any consequences of non-grant of eligibility \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 by the University.<\/p>

    *\u00a0 Students are advised to take note of notices at the appropriate time.<\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    Refund of Fees For Undergraduate Students :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

    \u00a0<\/p>

    Vide circular No. 126\/2003 from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon refund of fees shall be as under.<\/p>

    1. If a student leaves the college within 15 days from the date of his\/her admission, total amount of fees will be refunded.<\/li>
    2. If a student leaves the college from 15 to 30 days from the date of his\/her admission, only tuition fee will be refunded. However 20% fee will be deducted from other fees.<\/li>
    3. If a student leaves the college after 30 days from the date of his\/her admission, refund of any kind of fees will not be given.<\/li>
    4. For EBC students and wards of primary teachers and freedom fighters, deposits will not be refunded if such a student leaves the college after 15 days from taking admission.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u00a0<\/p>

      For Post Graduate Students :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

      \u00a0<\/u><\/p>

      Refund of fees shall be as under vide circular No. 127\/2004 dated 3rd June 2004<\/p>

      1. In an event of a student cancelling his\/her admission within a period of seven days from the date of his\/her admission, deduction to the tune of 10% of total amount of tuition fees in addition to the amount of Rs. 500\/- will be made.<\/li>
      2. In an event of a student cancelling his\/her admission within a period of 15 days from the date of his\/her admission, deduction to the tune of 25% of total amount of tuition fees in addition to the amount of Rs.500\/- mentioned above will be made.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. In an event of a students cancelling his\/her admission after 15 days from the date of admission, refund towards any kind of fees will not be given.<\/li><\/ol>
